During the renovation of Town Hall, the following offices will be located at the Old VFW Hall, 34 Kemble Avenue, Cold Spring, NY 10516.

Assessor

The Philipstown Justice Court will be located at the American Legion Hall at 3 Cedar Street, Cold Spring, NY 10516.

Town Board, Conservation Board, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals meetings will be conducted at the Claudio Marzollo Community Center, 107 Glenclyffe, Garrison, NY 10524.
