The Philipstown Tentative assessment roll has been completed and is available for review on the Town’s website.

In light of the current COVID-19 crisis, Grievance hearings will not be held in person this May 26th.  All applications and supporting documentation should be mailed to the Philipstown Town Assessor’s Office,  PO Box 155, Cold Spring, New York 10516 for review and determination by the Board of Assessment Review by May 26th.  Please note that for this year, market value is determined as of July 1, 2019 as required by Real Property Tax Law.  All applicants will be notified by mail at a later date as to the Board’s decisions.  Applications and information can be accessed through the NYS Dept. Of Taxation & Finance website.
