The Philipstown Planning Board is canceling the Sunday, February 14th site visit to the Garrison Golf Course for the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival application. The depth of snow on the ground and the impending storm to come makes it impossible for anyone to walk the terrain reasonably. This site visit will be rescheduled and the public will be notified in the local newspaper.
