NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Philipstown on December 13, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Philipstown Town Hall, 238 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear comments for/against A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW ENTITLED “A Local Law Establishing a Six (6) Month Moratorium on the Acceptance, Processing, or Approval of Applications for Land Use Approvals for Oil Storage Facilities and Uses Involving Oil Storage Facilities”. 

A complete copy of the Local Law is available for inspection upon request sent to townclerk@philipstown.com and is also available on the Town’s Website, here.
