NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Philipstown on January 10, 2024 at 7:30pm at the Philipstown Town Hall, 238 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear comments for/against A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW ENTITLED “A Local Law To Repeal Town Code Section 175-61.2 entitled ‘Garrison Golf Club Planned Development District’ and Re-enact it as a new Code Section 175-61.2 entitled ‘Garrison Cultural Conservation Planned Development District.’”
