Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Philipstown adopted Local Law #3-2023 entitled “The Town of Philipstown Temporary Moratorium on the Acceptance, Processing, or Approval of Applications for land use approvals for oil storage facilities and uses involving oil storage facilities” by resolution on December 13, 2023.
