The Town Board of the Town of Philipstown is currently entertaining offers from local artists and others to donate original works of wall art, either outright or on loan, to the Town for display on the walls at Town Hall.  Anyone wishing to donate or loan wall art to the Town for display at Town Hall should contact Councilman Flaherty at rflaherty@philipstown.com.
