NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING
           PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Philipstown will hold a continued public hearing on the 7th day of March, 2024, at 7:00 o’clock p.m., at Town Hall, 238 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY 10516 on the proposed Local Law entitled: “A Local Law To Repeal Town Code Section 175-61.2 entitled ‘Garrison Golf Club Planned Development District’ and Re-enact it as a new Code Section 175-61.2 entitled ‘Garrison Cultural Conservation Planned Development District.’.â€
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the text of the proposed local law has been revised from the text of the originally introduced local law. A copy of the said draft local law with revised text has been posted on the Town’s website and is on file with the Town Clerk and available for inspection during the Clerk’s business hours.
The Town Board will at the above date, time and place hear all persons interested in the subject matter hereof. Persons may appear in person or by agent. All written communications addressed to the Town Board must be received by the Town Board at or prior to the public hearing.
