The Town Board of the Town of Philipstown will hold a workshop meeting on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 7:30 pm at the Philipstown Town Hall, First Floor Conference Room, 238 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY 10516. The agenda is as follows:

1.      Resolution authorizing the Highway Department purchase of a TP-16-3SA-16, 2 post 3 stage-arms from Mohawk Lifts off of NYS Contract #PC69416 for the total amount of $20,291.04, including installation, using capital acquired from Auctions International.

 2.      Resolution authorizing the Highway Department purchase of a Hunter TCX51E Tire Changer from Rondout Lift for the total amount of $8,500.00, including installation and training, using capital acquired from Auctions International.
