The Town Board will hold a Workshop Meeting on Wednesday, September 8^th at 7:30 pm at the Philipstown Town Hall, 238 Main Street, Cold Spring, New York. The purpose of this workshop is to meet with residents of Brookside Drive to discuss the status of the private road and what the Town requires in order for it to take over a private road. Please note, masks are required to be worn while inside Town Hall regardless of vaccination status.
