1.      Resolution authorizing Supervisor Van Tassel to sign the Renewal Agreement between CSEA Employee Benefit Fund and the Town of Philipstown for a Dental Plan.

2.      Resolution accepting the new website proposal from Revize and authorizing the Supervisor to execute any documents necessary to carry out the terms thereof.

3.      Resolution approving the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) for the CCA program and authorizing the Supervisor to sign said MOU, indicating Town of Philipstown’s preference regarding the proposals for Electricity Supply.
