This will be a 6-month pilot program at no charge starting Saturday August 13^th.  At the end of the 6 months, we will evaluate this and determine whether to keep this open at no cost or if there will be a need to charge for this, per item, as all other municipalities are currently doing. Items can be dropped off at the Philipstown Recycling Center, 59 Lane Gate Road, Cold Spring on Saturday’s from 9am – 3pm.
