Philipstown residents will be receiving letters in the mail informing them about Hudson Valley Community Power. The letters are sent on behalf of the Town of Philipstown from a company out of Brooklyn, New York. The Town of Philipstown has renewed its Community Choice Aggregation Program (CCA) through Hudson Valley Community Power.  The CCA allows our Town to pool together with other communities in the Hudson Valley to get a low cost, fixed-rate renewable electricity supply.  You do not have to do anything unless you want to opt-out. To opt-out of getting 100% renewable energy, you can call Hudson Valley Community Power program hotline at (845) 859-9099 x2 or visit www.hudsonvalleycommunitypower.com and submit your information.  We encourage residents to attend one of the two virtual information sessions to learn more and ask questions.
